LANCASTER – A man who bumped a girl with his car, then drove her to his home and tried to have sex with her has been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and attempted rape, a sheriff’s sergeant said Saturday. The suspect’s name was not immediately available, but he was taken into custody about midnight Friday, said sheriff’s Sgt. Brian Dunn of the Lancaster station. The victim was a 17-year-old girl.
